"We have used Julie from Endless Travel numerous times and have found her to be very efficient, helpful, caring and always gets back to you day, night, even on public holidays and weekends. How good is that!

We have just returned from an extensive trip of approximately 7 weeks to Canada, Alaska, Quebec, Toronta, Montreal, Niagara Falls, Grand Canyon, Disney and Universal Studios, LA, Las Vegas and Honululu. We initially asked Julie to put together something based on all these things we wanted to do. As you could imagine there was a great deal to coordinate in that there was a lot of plane hopping and connecting flights, not to mention the time differences, but Julie set to work and came up with an itinerary and costings for every detail, including transfers for every time we arrived somewhere that someone would be there to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel, her attention to detail was remarkable. She suggested the best time of year for weather, to coincide with not being in the American School holidays. When everything was agreed on, it was booked and was hassle free. We have met people on previous tours that we have done and you hear some horror stories about what their travel agent didn't do and the problems they encountered and makes you all the more happy that you are with good hands. We had someone do a similar section of one part of the trip we just did and their trip was very standard and they only received their  tickets 2 days before they went and they still didn't have all the information about their trip in regards to hotels etc. 1 week before they left. Other people told us that they had big gaps in between connecting flights, we had like 1 hour and they said they would be waiting 4-5 hours at an airport before flying on. Can you imagine adding another 6-7 hours to your trip coming home by waiting at an airport in between flights, when all you want to do is get home?

We would recommend Scenic Tours for the Canada/Alaska tour. It was an excellent trip and May was a good time of year weather wise. The temperature was around 18 degrees, it wasn't too cold and that the scenery was exceptional with snow on the mountains, it made it more beautiful, one lake was still iced over, other lakes were like glass and the mirror reflection of the mountain scenery in the water was wonderful. We even stood on a glacier and it wasn't cold at all. The accommodation was fantastic mostly like Chateaus/castles, really classy, most of the meals were provided, which helped you budget better.  The Rocky Mountaineer train was awesome, and so was the cruise on the Holland American Cruise ship, first class all the way. The Scenic free choice excursions were included in the price, which included Horse and Carriage ride in Quebec, Gondola ride, Floatplane ride etc. which we found very good.

The 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride at the bottom of Niagara Falls was fantastic you were so close to the bottom of the falls, the flight over the Grand Canyon was also excellent and we would recommend both these if you can fit it in, it was definitely worth it. There was so many things that were fantastic on this trip it is hard to narrow it down to any one thing." Karl and Brenda

“The trip was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

Everything went as planned, without any hassles. Trafalgar trip was most enjoyable, as always, great tour director, which makes the trip too. 52 on bus - 48 Aussie’s and 4 Kiwis, great mob! Fairmont hotels superb, weather was absolutely cloudless and 32dec C in Banff and Lake Louise.

I originally wanted to go to see Canada; however the Alaska part of the trip was my favourite. Fairbanks and Denali were interesting with stunning scenery. The train trip with the Princess part of the pre-cruise was better than the Rocky Mountaineer (and we enjoyed that very much!). Same train, same great service, but better scenery and more animals. The cabin on the ship was wonderful, the second morning on board I rolled over and opened my eyes to look at the weather, and there was a HUGE glacier right outside my window. Anyone that does the cruise loop to and from Vancouver is missing out on the best scenery at Whittier and College fiord.

Waikiki was lovely break on the way back, we were glad we had organised the stop by then, that flight Vancouver to Sydney is a killer-especially on the way home. The hotel you recommended was in a great position and was good value for the price too. Just walked across the road to the beach and the water was so warm.

Because you put on our bookings it was our anniversary whilst we were away, we got a fabulous room at the Fairmont in Banff. It was the room the then Prince of Wales (the Present Queen's uncle that abdicated the throne) stayed in 1900's, and some bubbly to drink. We got nice little surprises at other places like choc dipped strawberries and wine.

Have some wonderful photos, only had 2 days of cloud/drizzle, so were very lucky.

Overseas holidays

“How are you? George and I would like to thank you for all your help in organising our holiday arrangements. We had a great time overseas and not once had a problem with the flights, transfers and car hire.

We had an excellent time in Europe and we absolutely loved Croatia. The Trafalgar tour around Europe was fun and we saw a lot. We really liked Switzerland and Paris and were quite surprised how dirty Italy was especially Venice. Croatia's Dalmatian coast was absolutely beautiful and the water was warm and crystal clear. We drove up and down the coastline, went in-land to the National Parks and also did island hopping to the different islands. In total we 2000 photos (1,000 photos in Europe and 1,000 in Cro) - we have a lots of photos to go through.
